The 42-storey Jin Jiang Tower has hosted more than 300 heads of state and celebrities from around the world. Located in the downtown centre, it is close to a metro station and conveniently placed for access to local attractions and financial and trade districts. Six restaurants offer intercontinental cuisines, and the revolving restaurant, located on the 41st floor, provides panoramic views of the city. There is an ATM on site, as well as a number of shops, selling items such as tailor-made suits, Chinese-style tailor-made clothing, Chinese painting, Chinese tea, and wedding planning services. Not to be missed is the scenic elevator to and from the 41st floor, which offers breathtaking views of the city.

Limited, secure, on-site outdoor parking is complimentary to all in-house guests; secure elevated parking is also available on site for a surcharge.
Jin Jiang Tower offers business travellers a business centre, high-speed and wireless Internet access, and eight conference/function rooms.
Business centre: Copying, faxing, and workstation facilities, including high-speed Internet access, are available here. Other services include word processing in English and Chinese, and audio-visual equipment rentals.

Conference/function room(s): There are a total of eight function rooms. The largest is the Magnolia Hall, which can seat 400 people theatre-style, followed by the Orchid Room that can seat 180. Seating capacity for the remaining rooms ranges from 14–120 people. Audio-visual, teleconferencing, and simultaneous interpretation equipment is also available.
