Conference/function room(s): The Regal East Asia Hotel offers eight multi-purpose meeting rooms, most with windows, ranging from 54 square meters (581 square feet) to 94 square meters (1,011 square feet) in size. The eight rooms can be joined together to form the Regal Hall, which is 661 square meters (7,114 square feet) and holds up to 650 guests in theater style, 300 in classroom style, or 600 for cocktails. Its windows overlook a courtyard. The car parking area outside can also be used for stalls or product displays. A further series of rooms, the North and South Halls, range from 43 square meters (462 square feet) to 626 square meters (6,735 square feet) in various combinations.

Some look outwards, others look into the stadium itself. All offer armchairs with coffee tables, and desks with lamps and wireless Internet access (surcharge).
